WatchDog is a freeware that “watch” your XP Service Pack 2 Firewall.
You choose if you want it always enabled or disabled and WatchDog will avoid other softwares like Spywares, Adware, or viruses to activate / deactivate the WinXP firewall. It support multilanguage (you can translate it yourself. Send me your own *.lng file)
